Eilon & Associates in-sources highly experienced Corporate Finance professionals into companies looking to undertake strategic capital raising and/or M&A. Our professionals help the company management select investment banks and other advisers (e.g. lawyers, accountants, property valuers, financial PR, etc.) and then help (or if asked lead) the project management aspect of the transaction. We will advise on valuation, marketing the transaction, finding and selecting between sources of capital, and post-transaction events (such as research analyst follow-up etc.).
